Bailiwicks Enrichment Campus, Inc.
Bailiwick /ˈbāləˌwik/noun:
French bailie (bailiff) combined with Anglo-Saxon suffix '-wic' (a village) to produce a term meaning literally 'bailiff's village'.

Bailiwicks Enrichment Campus provides a hub for dynamic classroom experiences offered by professional content-expert educators. or Sages. We connect homeschooling families with the resources they need to thrive. Our 2024-2025 beachside campus will be held at the facilities of Ascension Lutheran in Indian Harbour Beach. We are working on other opportunities for homeschoolers in the area!
Is teaching your homeschool student a particular subject not your Bailiwick? Chances are it's one of ours!
Homeschooling offers unique and customized learning. We strive to support each student’s path through subject matter expertise and group learning opportunities.
Our Sages choose rigorous curriculum that encourages creativity and critical thinking skills, is secular yet not hostile to religion, and integrates with our weekly campus format.
We seek out passionate and innovative educators who are experts in their fields. They are enthusiastic about teaching in the homeschooling environment. We call them Sages.
Our 2024-2025 beachside campus will meet in the facilities of Ascension Lutheran Church in Indian Harbour Beach. This beautiful and welcoming facility is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the sandy shores of the Atlantic ocean.
Homeschooling offers bountiful opportunities and rewards. But sometimes it's hard. And it gets harder as your student gets older. Sometimes you need help teaching advanced subject matter. And sometimes your student needs help building community. That's where we come in! One day per week, your student attends an enrichment day in our dynamic and creative environment. We call this your campus. The remainder of the week, you educate at home. You work in partnership with your student's sages to complete the coursework and award credit. For flipped classrooms, this means your student comes to class having finished the assigned content for the week, and ready to engage in activities to review, reinforce and apply the concepts. Is biology or statistics not your bailiwick? Don't worry, it's ours! Do you prefer your student enroll only in fun, elective classes? Fun is our bailiwick too! We offer you and your student options so that you can build the type of schedule that best fits with your personal homeschooling goals.
Whether you are new to homeschooling or a seasoned pro, each child is unique. We offer Academic Advising Plans that include meetings with a Sage who will get to know you and your student. We can help you explore curriculum, brainstorm lesson plans, review work, and offer teaching suggestions. You can do this, and we can help!
Bailiwicks launched our first campus in Spring of 2023. Over time, we have growth plans that include a larger facility, multiple days per week, and/or offerings for the entire K-12 range. Eventually, we will open additional campuses in other areas of Florida. Curious what our campus is like? Watch our video!
Our Sages offer courses that might be challenging for some parents to teach at home, or that offer opportunity for dynamic group projects. Your student has the resources and accountability of outside Sages, while you remain the primary educator. It's the best of both worlds!
As children become teens, their social lives become increasingly important. One day per week, students immerse in a socially rich environment while developing important teamwork and communication skills.
We call them Sages because they are experienced professionals ready to guide your students on the path to success. They are passionate and innovative about learning. Though most of homeschooling happens at home, our Sages are ready to work with you and your students to make class time engaging and productive.
For many of our classes, learning is "flipped". That means that students will be given curriculum and resources to work on at home during the week. On campus days, Sages will review, reinforce, and ask questions. Fewer lectures, more fun!
