Bailiwicks is Community Dynamic Fun Interactive Growth

Bailiwicks welcomes students to our third academic year! Our mission is to serve as a hub for homeschooled students to connect with experienced Sages, and we think you're going to love the connections this year. We have classes offered by Sages from Groove Shack, Stella Maris, Melbourne Makerspace, and Makey-Makey, along with some really exciting classes from both new and returning independent Sages.

Meet the Bailiwick's Founders:

Pam Stone

Pam is a fiddle-playing, homeschooling mom of four. Her homeschooling style is relaxed and eclectic. She has three sons enrolled at Bailiwicks, and a (previously homeschooled!) daughter studying Biological Archeology at Florida Atlantic University. She holds a Bachelors in Marketing from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and an M.B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park. She has an extensive business management and product development background at companies such as Johnson & Johnson and Hewlett Packard. She serves as co-founder and Executive Director of Bailiwicks Enrichment Campus.

Nicki James

Nicki is a deep-sea-fishing, chicken-raising, nature-loving homeschooling mom of four. She builds her own Montessori-style curriculum around family interests in travel and adventure. She holds a Bachelors in Social work from Southeastern University in Lakeland, earned an ESL endorsement, and previously held teaching certificates in both Florida and North Carolina. She taught in public school for eight years before becoming a teaching coach and later a curriculum writer for a national company. She serves as co-founder and Education Director at Bailiwicks Enrichment Campus.

Meet the Bailiwick's Sages:

Ms. Jacqueline

M.O.M. Consultants

Jacqueline Wayne is a finance and accounting executive turned homeschooling mom. She’s a graduate of University of Southern California and Stanford University. She began her business career working in her family’s automotive manufacturing corporation. She then leveraged her accounting, finance, and legal background to obtain the position of Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded company in Parker, Colorado. She has worked extensively in the mergers and acquisitions space where she utilized advanced algebra in financial modeling. When her students ask if anyone ever uses algebra, she can answer YES with real-world examples!

When schools segued into remote learning during covid, she made the decision to leave her career and homeschool her ASD high schooler. Having always loved math, she found myself teaching math to the children of her friends, which ultimately transitioned to tutoring and working with Bailiwicks.

Having an ASK child, she understands that not all children learn the same way or at the same pace. She tailors her classes to be flexible enough to work with the students where they are.
